We are currently working on the pamphlet and brochure for Term 3. We have revised our range of computing courses for next term and believe that our community will appreciate both the clarity of our courses and of our descriptions as well as the fact that there are now computing classes scheduled in the mornings, the afternoon, evenings and on the weekend too.

If you or a family friend or loved one is wanting to join our English classes next term (commencing July 26th), appointments for an English assessment are being taken now.Assessment days are Mondays from 9.30am - 3.30pm.Other times are available by appointment only. It is important to bring along your passport to the assessment interview as this helps the College to determine the applicable fee.

Now that Term 2 has well and truly started, the College can take enrolments for both Term 3 and Term 4 courses. The only way to ensure your place in a course is to enrol and pay the course fee. In the past, some of our clients have been disappointed when a course they were keen on doing, sold out. The College cannot guarantee which courses will sell out or when.Sometimes, popular courses sell out even before they are advertised. To ensure course satisfaction and individual attention all of our classroom-based courses have a maximum of 15 and only 13 in computing-based courses.

If you would like us to send you a Term 2 brochure please send us an email, give us a call or drop by the College. The summary pamphlet of all our courses is available on this page for viewing or downloading (to the right of this message).

We are currently busy working on next term's brochure, but in the meantime, we have already started updating course details here on our website- we expect this work to continue through to next week. All course desciptions included in the brochure are also included herein on these pages.

BROCHURES

We have decided that from this year will will try and minimise the amount of paper we use. If you miss the summary pamphlet distributed in The Torch, this mini-pamphlet is also available upon request. The PDF of our 20-page brochure will be posted on this web site and it too will be available by request. Please give us a call on 9793 8155 and we shall make arrangements to post you the brochure free of charge.Multiple copies of the 20-page brochure are also now available from the Bankstown Centro Shopping Centre Info Desk and from various community organisations. If you are a community group not on our mailing list and you wish to receive mutliple copies of the College brochure please give us a call.

In our concerted efforts to be more environmentally-friendly we have logged our enrolment statistics for the last two years and have found that our overall enrolment each term is less than 1% of the number of brochures we have been publishing (80,000). It simply did not make any sense for a not-for-profit organisation to be allocating more than 15% of its annual budget on printing brochures which do not actually translate to enrolments. As you would be aware, the College needs to earn the majority of its expenditure through the selling of its courses.

We hope you can be supportive of our goals to not waste paper and do our bit to be more environmentally friendly.

IMPROVED ACCESS FOR EVERYONE

If you have not visited the College for a while make sure to drop by to check out our new wheelchair chair lift which has been installed to assist clients who cannot manage the stairs to the College. You do not need to be using a wheelchair to use the chair lift- anyone young  or old can make use of the chair lift if climbing the stairs is something you cannot manage.
