CEO'S MESSAGE

Thank you to everyone who has supported the College during the past two terms this year. We sincerely appreciate your custom and support. Our Term 3 commences on July 25 and we are offering a great range of new courses as well as some perennial favourites. We hope you find our courses of interest.

Please contact us should you require any assistance in navigating our web site and/or in trying to find out any details about a course you are interested in doing. Our College telephones are manned from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Whilst classes are conducted at the College on both Saturdays and Sundays, please note that the administration staff are only avaialble for course inquiries and bookings Monday to Friday. At any time, if you have a Mastercard or a Visa you are able to enrol online. The College aims for processing enrolments within 1 business day.

I would like to take this opportunity to inform you that the College runs courses in good faith, especially general interest courses; that is, if the minimum enrolment number has been reached then the course is given the go-ahead. Often, the College runs courses with only a handful of students so as not to disappoint the community. However, if just one person withdraws or asks for a transfer or a refund the College often finds it has consequently conducted that course at a greater loss. We suffer a loss too if someone withdraws from a popular or soldout course as their place cannot be replaced at short notice and the College again suffers the financial loss. Please consider the above before asking for a refund or a transfer especially after a course has commenced. It is very difficult to offer your spot in a course to another student a day before a course is due to start or after the course has started.
