Prepare for Office/Admin Work from the BSB20107 Certificate II in Business
This qualification is suitable for learners who need to improve their current computing skills in order to further their education/personal knowledge or who wish to gain employment in an administrative/office environment. The trainer will facilitate sessions to assist learners improve their word processing skills and knowledge of general office duties. Some simple Excell spreadsheet exercises and learning activities will also be included. This qualification articulates into other VET courses nationally. Job titles relevant to this qualification include: Administration Assistant, Clerical Worker, Receptionist, Information Desk Officer.
PLEASE NOTE that to be awarded the whole qualification, 12 Units need to be completed successfully.

BSB30407 Certificate III in Business Administration
This qualification will prepare participants for work in an administration or business office environment. If you aiming to find employment in a position such as junior office assistant, sales, personal assistant, receptionist, office administration, word processing operator or accounts payable clerk this qualification will assist you to develop skills in these areas. The trainer will assess you through a variety of assessment strategies including questioning, observation, written and oral assignments, and a presentation. Two-part payment plan is available upon application. The College offers both Mac and Windows 7 software applications and participants will use and practise both. Admission requirements: completion of Year 10. Class numbers are limited to 15.Students successfully completing this qualification have the pathway study option of furthering their studies by enrolling in one of the College’s Certificate IV-level Business qualifications.
