This 8-session course facilitated by an experienced public school administrator is designed for people requiring skills in OASIS to enhance their employment opportunities in a school-based administration position. It is also suitable for people currently employed as school assistants and wishing to enhance their OASIS knowledge. Topics covered include: enrolling students, student and staff data entry, absences, printing of rolls, look-up tables, chart of accounts, receipting/banking, ordering, payment of accounts, monthly reconciliations, business activity statements, mail merge - letters, envelopes and labels, mail merge exporting information from OASIS, enhancing school newsletters, importing photos and graphics and creating watermarks and applying for a school administration position interviews. The course includes ERN integration and offers guided simulated practice.
