Total Body Workout

(Formerly Tummies, Butts, and Thighs)

The trainer will lead you through various exercises for the arms, abdomen, bottom and thighs. Each session starts with an extended warm-up and finishes with slow and controlled exercises. Tone and firm up your body, plus lose those extra inches that you don’t want in trouble spots. The class is suitable for all ages, both men and women, for beginners and continuing. Bring exercise mat, 1-2kg hand weights and water. Please wear joggers for safety and loose clothing for comfort.
