Greek Introductory

This beginners’ course will introduce you to modern demotic Greek right from the alphabet and through to basic survival Greek useful for travel and basic communication in hotels, airports, restaurants, shopping and family situations. Please note that it is impossible to teach beginners the number of dialects and slang spoken in various parts of Greece and Cyprus in a short introductory course. The teacher however, will provide modelling of the standard formal expressions commonly used and where possible point out some alternative choices ranging from the formal to the informal.
